There are aromas and flavours that can turn an entire city into a celebration. From 11 to 14 September 2025, the city of Udine will once again come alive for the 31st edition of Friuli DOC, the major annual event that brings together the very best of Friuli\u2019s food and wine tradition.<\/p>\n
