Au cours de la deuxi\u00e8me \u00e9tape de la d\u00e9gustation, les personnes ont pu go\u00fbter le Montasio AOP stagionato et stravecchio mari\u00e9s \u00e0 une confiture de pommes des monts Sibillini et au vin blanc Verduzzo Friulano AOP \u00e9galement produit par SCARBOLO.
